Ok, so heres the deal and if this isn't the right area mod please move.

I had a XDrive account at one time and can't remember the password. So I try to create another account. I have tried for now 20 minutes to open a new account but each time it asks me for one of those stupid security cyphers that are suppost to stop spam bots from signing up for stuff it says its been entered wrong. Ok I know sometimes I type really, really badly but 20 minutes of trying and I get every one wrong? Anyway what I wanted to do was just share a couple videos for the family back on the east coast and I figured that this would probably be the easiest way to do it next to making them all download Hamachi.

I tried Photobucket to store the files but the one I tried sounded horrible when Photobucket changed the format to flv, I know its because I used to lowest settings I dared. What does everybody use to put videos online. I am more then willing to post to youtube but I want to make the videos private so that only my family and whoever I want can see them.

i normally use youtube or host them on my private server with freezone.co.uk, good company.

open a free website account and use them for hosting it, i've done it meny times before

I actually have Apache Web Server installed on my network server at joeweb.no-ip.org. Unfortuanly I can't find any good tutorials on how to setup a web site using it. that to me would be perfect if I could get it set up.

If you're having a problem with a captcha in firafox, try internet exploder.

Tried both Fox and Sploader, on 3 different computers, and of course, no tech support unless you have an existing premium account which is kinda annoying.

try using joomla and installing a media player addon, theres plenty about, and the joomla forums are a welth of information and assistance.
