Imageshack has added "my.php" to the image location address.
For some reason or another it prevents the image from loading on the forum.
So you have to use the <img src=" embodiment.
Copy and paste the image address. .
that proceeds the following tag <a href="http://imageshack.us"><img src="
It's in the Hotlink for websites field.

The "my.php?" crap forces it to load the image on an ad-filled ImageShack page. Can't honestly say I'm at all surprised, of course.
If this bothers you too much, there's a few other image hosts out there - I'm partial to xs.to myself.

"+ Show Advanced Linking"
there is the direct link to the picture,

I just stopped using imageshack a week ago and jumped to photobucket

you can make the album in photobucket private if you want.
can you, didn't know that, will have to have a look into that,
