Doesn't seem like a bad idea, and I've never seen one done before. You may need a picoitx board, though.

That would be cool to see. I wonder if PicoITX stuff is any better than the default GameCube hardware... it probably is, lol.

yea a picoITX would work, and ill bet its better than the default hardware, be hard to do the cd drive though

Don't recall the name off the top of my head, but someone just completed an orange gamecube pc. I know its on bit-tech, as i was just looking through both here and there's logs. Not sure if it was on here though.

go for it man. as far as the cdrom goes you could possibly take apart a laptop cdrom and ut it back in the original spot. smal light weight and with a adaptor could work nicely.

Hmm... now I want to build a GameCube PC. Seeing as I have two GameCubes hanging around, one of which does not work. Just need to figure out how I would use a picoITX based PC, if it was powerful enough I would make a HTPC but I have a feeling it is not.
