I was doing some googling and came across DragonPlate, (http://www.dragonplate.com) who has pre-made carbon fiber sheets, tubes, rods, square tubes, gussets, strips, veneer, etc. looks like nice stuff. Also available are bonded fasteners (http://www.dragonplate.com/ecart/categories.asp?cID=21) to attatch to carbon (maybe acrylic as well :?). They also offer a CNC service to custom cut your design in carbon :banana: :banana: I added it to the suppliers Wiki already :up:

not all carbon though, lots of Alu in it. I'd like to see one thats 100%, drive mounts, frame, panels, etc :D
