I love how the manufacturer tries to "defend" themselves. What a laugh. They didn't even take the time to sound... I don't know... at least somewhat professional? It just sounds like some kid on a forum making small little comments about someone else's small little comments, except the customer is probably right.
Just buy these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227354) for a hundred dollars cheaper if you want 16GB of system memory. They seem to be the better deal performance wise too.

They should let the person who made those responses go.

Its just my opinion and may possibly be not a very good one, but I blame this on outsourcing. Quality of service seems to always go down quite a bit when a company decides to cheap out and send their support over seas. I would say products too, but some of the best products you can buy are from over seas. Then again, I guess you could say the same for support as well? I guess it just depends on whether you are outsourcing to save money, or just because its more logical for your company to do so (aside from being cheap).
this is what im buying,

Yeah, well they're not in stock anyway. And I could not justify the cost. I will start with an 8GB system and upgrade to 16GB in about a year when they're sub $200
