Just a quick question. All the googling hasn't helped with this one.

I was looking for something like a client/server software that I could install on say the computer in my office at work and another piece of software on my desktop or laptop at home and have the software keep me updated on the ip address the modem at the store has on it when it changes from being shut off or power outages etc. Its kinda annoying to have to call into the store just to find out the IP address so I can connect with PC Anywhere. Or would going to someplace like no-ip.com and assigning a name like I did with my PSP server go better? any input will be appreciated.

I would recomend something like DynDNS. It's free and that way you always know computer.somegenericdoman.foo will always point to that computer. It accomplishes the same thing though, it just maintains the current IP on their server (and if you need the raw IP you can look it up there)

I was actually doing to suggest DynDNS also. :)
