looking for new digital camera...

Hello everyone, I haven't posted on here in quite a while, due to lots of stuff going on in my life, including getting a divorce from my wife. long story short, she is taking the digital camera we purchased last year, and I need to buy me a new one so I can take pictures of stuff, like my son, computers, etc. lol.

Any good recommendations? only looking to spend $100-$250 and I want at least 7 or 8 MP. :)
