There's the parts list. Please tell me if there are any major errors in it, if something is completely incompatible, or if there is a better performing part for less money. I have disk drives, so no worries there.

I have a Cooler Master Stacker Case already, and disk drives.

everything works accept i don't think the ram and cpu heatsink will work well together. the ram is to high. i would just get a smaller, better performing TRUE 120.

otherwise i think all else is good. ( i would go with corsair for psu, but thats me)

Why the Recertified 1TB WD and the 1.5TB Seagate?

Apart from that, I see no real issue.

I have a lot of media, and I'd like it all on one HD finally, so that's why I want the 1.5TB. I have a 750 and 500 right now. The recertified 1TB drive is just really cheap for 1TB. I may take it off, but idk.

TRUE 120? Idk what that is.

I am in the process of specing out a new rig myself. I was looking at this

Its not much more then the 2 9800 GT's. What I am not sure of is if this will out perform 2 of the 9800's in SLI. I know that typically in the past, 2 (for the lack of a better word) lower versions of a card in SLI would rarely out perform a single higher line card. I don't really know if this still holds true, but figured its a good price and would leave you the option to upgrade to SLI later.

Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme (http://www.jab-tech.com/Thermalright-Ultra-120-eXtreme-pr-3762.html).

I want single slot cards if at all possible, and there is still the option to upgrade to 3-way SLI. My friend has the Scythe and loves it, so I'm going to stick with it.

I adjusted slightly and ordered the parts. I made sure to vary the rebates so that I could actually get all of them (many of them you can only get one rebate). And then I also found a pair of 9800 GTs with a rebate for each and Call of Duty 4 included free. Those things put together put it over the top. I'll have an extra CoD4, which I can sell, and I can get maximum rebates. I'll get a total of $170 in rebates and $80 in free games. I'm going to order the monitor from costco.com because it is cheaper. I'll post build pics when it is finished. I'm excited like you would not know.

That RAM is fine for your system, don't expect to overclock too much though (not that you'd really want/need to).
