account activation?

My friend has been trying to join the fourms and he has yet to recive his email for account activation and when he resends nothing happens and when he sent email to info@thebestcasescenario.com he did not get any reply.. also the logout button does not work seem to work, and neither does the register button. He has been sitting in the chat waitin for someone that could help him out all morning, his user name is shockthebox. If someone could help him out that would be much appreciated.
