ok so here goes guys... there is a show that most of you would of heard of called where are they now..

i was wondering where some of the great mods lie and where they are and things like this...

heres the starting list... ill edit this post when a suggested case in mentioned or where one is.

Interesting idea. I guess I'm kind of curious to know where those mods are now too? are they being used? are they in storage packed away safely? Is it on display in a bullet proof case with an anti-theft laser grid? :p

By the way, both The Great Satan (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8155) as well as crazybillybob (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1092) have created R2D2's. Frenkie (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13478) has one as well! :up:

Doom3 and Nighthawk still make appearances. Paul has them stashed away for trade shows and such. TGS's R2 recently got an overhaul (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13973). Crazybillybob takes his R2 to R2 builders conventions.

Yeah, D3 is sitting at Paul's house somewhere but it makes appearances occasionally. like the time Paul came out to CA for the maker faire '07 and I got to play with all the nifty buttons on the remote he made.

90% off the mods i have done have all been for other people so i never really see them again (Until someone breaks it and needs me to fix it AGAIN)

I am currently working on something, i will let you all see it shortley, almost finished it.

I don't know. I have two computers in my home office (R2 being one of 'em), but I want to add the Quad core system (in my sig) without making it a 3rd PC. I'm not sure if I'm going to just replace R2's guts or just empty him. I'd leave him in there for decoration, but have a actual case for my rig instead.
