No, it's a good thing. PSUs included with cases (aside from Antecs) are almost invariably steaming piles of dog waste. Over-current/temperature/voltage protection? No way. More than 300 watts? Forget it. Efficiency? What the Hell is efficiency?

Plus, they kill components (and cute fluffy kittens). That's plenty of reason right there.
