My brother and I are in the local news for black friday!

I come out first in maroon carrying a bag towards the end of the video and he comes out in gold pushing a cart and does a little wave.

This was at Fry's in Sacramento, California.

Did any of you guys go black friday shopping?

Dear christ, no. Get up at stupid hours in the morning so I can get something for really cheap is no bueno. my time is not worth that little. now, if they were practically giving things away (good things, like big TVs and such), then yeah, I might do it. but I value my sleep and pocketbook too much to spend money on stuff just 'cause it's cheap.

I went shopping and had fun got to watcha couple of fights and even got to threaten a guy for cussing my wife and mother in law. did get a reallt sweet pair of headphones for myself and got all the christmas shopping for my two girls

Good God, no. I went to Black Friday once and that was one too many times. I swear if there is a special Hell for me, that morning was a little glimpse of it. I wound up leaving without buying anything and laughing hysterically at all of the "happy" shoppers that were saving money and all looked like they were on the brink of a homicidal spree.

No thanks. I'll pay retail. Hell, I'll pay extra.

I go when there are amazing deals. I always ask the manager for a better price on things. I can usually get a good deal on stuff. The "Black Friday Deals" weren't that much better than what I can negotiate for, so I didn't go. I want insane deals, not kinda-nice-I-guess-if-you-don't-shop-online deals.

Also, there was nothing I really needed this year.

This sounds like shopping in Scotland...you'll get what you need, eventually. I do all mine online where I can. I hate supermarkets.
