I am starting a project("top secret" at this point, can't say what it is....yet) and one of the only things I can't figure out is a good way to cut holes for d-shell connectors(the connectors for serial, joystick, parallel port, etc) in a piece of sheet metal and have it look professional. I have a dremel that I'm going to use, but is there an easier way? I'm not talking about the I/O area on the back of the mobo - I'll just cut a rectangular hole that matches the dimension of the I/O shield that came with my mobo. I need to cut holes for the other connectors. I have an ASUS P5WD2 Deluxe mobo, and when they say deluxe, they aren't joking. theres like a hundered extra connectors that are mounted onto a PCI slot cover, but I want to integrate these into the back of my new case, and keep the PCI slots free.
