I'm looking for a m/b-proc-memory upgrade as some know, and, again, i need advice.

would this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813136044R) be a good upgrade? i'm hoping for a very modern proc and a board with solid reliability.

What do you guys think?

I've never had a DFI motherboard. I've heard both good and bad things about them, really. They seem to be dependable though. All solid capacitors, heatsink for the MOSFETs, 790 FX chipset. Looks good to me.

Components are good, quality is good, it's a good board if you want a board that lets you (the older ones made you) tinker with it, and you don't mind it being a bit picky about your other components.

Oh, and the owners (on DFIClub) tend to be clueless and unhelpful, gamer types. Disregard them. Ask us if you have any problems. :D (DFIStreet used to be good, but they're long-defunct.)
