I neeed drivers for this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106225). I got it from a friend for a good deal, and I can't watch my movies. I'm guessing I need the drivers. Please help. I've searched google, and I've looked around Liteon.com with no luck of finding anything.

What operating system are you using? Does your player support DVD or Blu-Ray movies?

its more software you need rather than drivers, if you can read normal discs, or see teh data on teh blue ray disc then its just acase of buying some software, cyberlink do one, not a bad prive i think

Try VLC and see how you go.

didn't work. My drive wont even auto play the movie in anything. It comes up with autoplay, and it shows me a bunch of folders with files that i cannot open in them.

so your drive is reading fine, the driver is not the issue, like i said you need decoding software

but there arn't any free versions about just yet due to the licence cost from sony for teh decoding rights.

the best atm is Cyberlinks powerDVD 8 (http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/download/trials_1_ENU.html)
