This (http://jalopnik.com/5105964/six+wheeled-covini-c6w-heading-to-production) looks incredibly stupid:?
I have yet to see something from Jalopnik that isn't full of fail.

The cars they post about are generally pure, unadulterated fail, and that's how we like it. The comments (and the original posts) are often excellent.
You work with what you've got, and there's an awful lot of inside jokes to get to know... You're either a Jalop or you're not.
Having said that, the Covini is about 15 years away from being Project Car Hell (http://jalopnik.com/tag/choose-your-eternity/).

ok the concept is nice in theory but FAIL in execution. at first I thought someone was having way to much fun photoshop but then I read about it and was dumnfounded by it. This will end with some type of epic crash if not will eat you alive when you go to buy tires yet if you can afford the damn thing then tires will be a drop in the bucket.

I'm still waiting for that car that the wheels turn to 90 degrees so you can drive sideways right into a parallel parking spot.

Hmm.. I think I've seen something similar to that.. I'll have to look it up now. I think it was actually a second set of wheels that dropped from under the car that allowed it to do that.

i remember on daily planet or some discovery show that they made a electric bus that could put the wheels 90 degrees then perfectly parallel park. and yet i can't find a dam thing on it...

TGS refers to the little Nissan concept with the talking robot on the dash.
Jalopnik, incidentally, discusses it here (http://jalopnik.com/cars/tokyo-auto-show/tokyo-auto-show-preview-nissan-pivo-2-concept-car-now-with-video-307465.php).
All together now: awwwwwwwh!
