Lowes has Task Force brand 71 Piece Screwdriver set for $9.98. Just picked up a set for my uncle for Christmas and the gf grabbed one for me.

Seems like a decent set. The grips are comfortable and there is a driver for pretty much all types. Small tips as well, great for pc use.

Found it linked on a different site, but thought some of you guys might find it useful.

They seem pretty decent. I won't get to play with them until Christmas though, as they are a gift :D. The grip feels nice and they have a coating on the tip. Hopefully that prevents chipping and such that my couple old ones do.
