In the UK, Staples is known well for its high prices. Last time I was there it was an emergency, I spent £8 on a damn hole punch.

They're expensive here too. Binders are outrageous... like $5 for a 1" and it goes waaay up from there if you need a bigger one.

People like us laugh at the prices of computer hardware at Staples, but the truth is that they are sort of a "one stop shop" for business clients, so they can charge a bit more for the convenience of offering everything in one place.

I dont mind it so much, but honestly their prices arent THAT bad.. they do have some pretty good deals here and there. I wouldnt buy computer hardware there, but their laptop prices are good, and so are the prices on flash drives and such.

I put up TBCS on every computer I can in stores and such. :D

I just saved 100's of dollars on my Computer purchase by switching to newegg.

So I got a 8GB Kingston U Micro SD card for my New phone. Rythem or something?. anyways went to bestbuy check out there cards. Hmm only offer a 4GB card and its 150$.

Last thing I bought from there was a calculator. A particular one, which I couldn't find anywhere else. I'd tried a couple of times through Amazon, and got screwed both times. Eventually I found it in Staples for about the same price.

My grandpa got a couple 16GB Sandisk Cruzers for $30 each on Amazon. These same drives were $90 at Best Buy and $60 at Staples. Another thing... I got a 16GB SDHC card off Newegg for ~$27. So if it's $27 for an SDHC card why is it not about the same for a USB drive of the same volume?

because there different internally, \sdhc is high speed and designed for massivew rewites and use in camara's, like my dslr wont save to a non SDHC

SDHC doesnt mean hi speed means high capacity

8GB is the biggest they make at the moment for micro SDHC
