Last night of work until...?

I'm currently working seasonal at toys r us because there isn't **** for jobs in my area. I was getting some pretty decent hours (although lame rates) for a while there... but now that Christmas is here, everyones hours are about to drop dramatically or be laid off.

I was already assured I have a position there for as long as I want... but (here's the catch) hours are going to be pathetic. Pathetic as in going from 5-6 8 hour days to getting maybe 2 or 3 half days per week.

On top of that, I'll go from working nights to having to deal with stupid f*** customers during the day.

Time for a new job but can't find anything. I'm just trying to make way until the Air Force.

The chAir Force! :shock: j/k.. I got off Sunday night at 7:00 pm, and don't go back until Monday morning at 7:00 am. (Vacation and holiday pay for Wed and Thurs). What's Uncle Sam gonna have you do?

i've had a good run this xmas, worked nights with a bonus pay for the extra work i've had to do,

But now i've been told were going on days after xmas, then ontop of that our place is making 1/3 of the workforce redundent early next year and reducing the working day into one shift rather than the 3 we have now, and the 2 we have normally.

and we could go down to a 4 day week
