Guys, I have been busy with school and my new website. Finally fixed it, after the forums got messed up.

Just wondering what you guys think, maybe you would like to join.

Its for programmers who like challenges

the link: ProgrammingChallenges (http://programmingchallenges.info)

Trace,

You have justified text to the right of the banner which makes the first line stretch and poorly spaced (in firefox at least). Maybe centred would be tidier.

Kaspersky internet gave me a warning when I was clicking your links (no other browser activity). It warned as a known identity theft site and blocked it. Appears to be a counter? If so then try statcounter.com they are pretty good:

27/12/2008 08:36:22 Anti-Phishing Denied: hu1-hu1.cn/* http://hu1-hu1.cn/counter/index.php Databases

Design wise the red/pink banner seems "wrong" for the target market. If you were selling roses I'd say go with it but you aren't. Perhaps something more high tech with a blue/black/grey theme with more 3D depth would make the site look more coherent and more attractive to people interested in programming challenges.

All right, thanks for the help and suggestions guys.
I'm getting to work on that now!
EDIT:
Alright I think I got the counter thing sorted out CB if you wouldn't mind trying it again for me and letting me know. Thanks.

I personally like the colours. It may be a touch too pink and could benefit from being more red, but overall I like it.

As a beginning programmer, I look forward to having some problems to practice on! I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Alright, feel free to post constructive critiscism!
Makes it easier to make the site better.
EDIT
Fixed the justification :D (spacing)
EDIT2
Changed colors, tell me what you think.

I think this is a great idea. Trace, I could put a blurb out on MySpace to my Alma Mater's group and see if you could get a few members if you like.

Neat site. What is your first challenge gonna be?

I just got finished posting the overview actually. A simple task to start out with.

Overview: Take the array {5, 6, 8, -9, -5} and find the sum of all positive integers=x and all negative integers=y.
The array is going to be a BIG file that you will have to split and deal with. I forgot to add that. that array is just a small example.
