Project - Black Dragon

Well this is my next project, still in design stages at the moment I don't want to start before my exams as I need good grades and this would get in the way
I plan to watercool (for the first time ever) so I'll need a fairly big case which I've not decided on yet (not too expensive though guys, I am going to be replacing most of it so)

any thoughts? I know you guys like sketchup but I can't get round it (ironically I'm pretty good at both flash and photoshop but I just can't get sketchup?!?)

Ok got a sample of the dark tint acrylic today, I've decided to mount a red led behind the dragon to act as an eye so when it's turned on it looks like the dragon has woken up

Just so I understand the concept, will there be "fire" on the side and the dragon on the front of the case? Is the fire cutout/tinted/etched in the bottom of the acrylic above the mesh?

Seems like it is a nice design so far for the two pieces shown. Simple, yet elegant and sticks to a theme. :)

the fire will be cut out of the white case and will overlap the tinted acrylic
the mesh was going to allow for a triple rad at the bottom of the case but I can't find a case for a decent price that can house a triple rad at the bottom (all I've found is the lian li V2000 which is way out of my price range seeing as I'm going to be chopping it up)
the eye of the dragon will light up as an on/off light, and the hdd activity light will be about 9 led's in parallel around the edge of the tinted acrylic which makes up the dragon, so the dragon flashes when hdd activity is detected (this may look cheesy I know, so if It does I'll just remove it)
I know my images are crap, they always are :D
the handrawn designs for aero case mod were poo as well
but I've got an image in my head and that will slowly take form
this is going to be sweet :up:
although not exactly a brand new mod it's something a little different from a black & red case or something like that
