My favorite Uncyclopedia article is on orange construction barrels (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Orange_construction_barrels), which are ready to harvest when the light on top begins blinking.

If you get tired of that, there's always EncyclopediaDramatica (http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com), a similar-but-different, very not-safe-for-work reference and authority on internet memes and other fun stuff. (Basically, if /b/ offends you, don't bother.)
