where to find audio port?

I need an audio port to put on my rig. The one I had put on it does not work. I have searched and searched and I find plenty of ports but none with the header plugs for fitting to the MOBO. Can someone help?

You could always buy a cheap PCI soundcard from Newegg.

It's cheap AND 8ch, in case you have surround sound.
