Recovering System Files from a RAID setup

So after my RAID setup fell apart, I went to get RAID repair software. I got Runtime RAID Reconstructor and Runtime Captain Nemo from my friend who works at a computer store. So I run it and I can access all the files except for system files and folders.

I need to get into "Application Data" under my user name so I can recover my firefox bookmarks and some other files. Do you guys know if there is there any way I can access these system files and folders? The Runtime site and help were completely useless on this matter.

Well I tried out the "Search" function in the program and was able to find a day-old automatic backup of my bookmarks in a non-system folder. So I won't be needing help any more with this problem. I do however, want to leave this thread up just in case some one else ever needs help with the problem, and someone posts a solution here.
