I can think of a few times where I wish I had this because I got lazy and put off backing up for too long.

LOL, I learned my lesson long long ago--I lost my English final my senior year of high school because I wasn't saving it as I was typing.

It was then that I started to despise Microsoft.

I'm in linux, and open office crashed when I was typing a paper, and I lost half of it, because I started moving really fast and didn't save yet. I like microsoft office's auto recovery.
