What programs are you all using to design and edit your case(s)

I am new to case modding, and am working on my first project (Thermaltake Armor 8003) and would like to draw and render my pc.

I see tons of people with an image like the one below, but have no idea what they use to draw it. Please help. Thanks.

That would be google sketchup.
