well an idea i had is someone should mod xp to make it have the best features ever. So when vista rolls around some people will not have to up grade. And i was also thinking someone should make it possible that when you tut your curser over a window whan it is minimized it should come up with a little picture. That would be awesome!!

Modding XP? Unlikely (considering how Microsoft gaurds the source code). However, you can get programs such as DesktopX, and WindowBlinds which allow you to completely redo the entire windows theme. You can create your own or use other people's designs. Just search google for "DesktopX" for more info.
