It's a referb. I think the 22" from newegg for $160 is a better deal. I got the non-glossy one (22") on black friday for $150.

Personnally, I'd rather have a referb. I know that it went back to the manufacturer, got special treatment by a human being who deemed it ready to sell. New units that come off the belt are a dime a dozen
