I have a construction company and have several machines like mixing plant, tripper trucks, soil diggers etc. Most of the equipments lost their smoothness because the paint got peeled off. I don’t want to spend much on renovation of my machineries. Is there any possible way to get them back in good appearance?

This forum is mostly about computer case design and system modification, but I guess some of us could try and help you out. You'll have to be more specific on the state of the equipment, maybe with pictures of some of the stuff if possible. I can't tell from your post, but your solution may be as simple as pressure washing everything and fixing structural issues with the equipment.
Then again, if you are talking about damaged or material covered equipment like a cement mixer that leaked into an engine compartment then the cheapest option would be to salvage the stuff for parts and put it towards new equipment. If that is the case then that option may even increase your productivity as you won't have to worry about old equipment continuing to under perform.
