junk... its far to thin to be effective. a thermochill 320 will beat it or at the very least tie.

if your gonna go with a 140mm rad go with a good one :)

the smaller rad is a black ice GTX (same size as a thermochill)

That smaller rad looks more like an AlphaCool rad (like the one I have) than a Black Ice rad. I have never seen a Black Ice rad with the mounts riveted to the side, as far as I know AlphaCool are the only ones who do it. I have a 120mm Black Ice GTX and I can tell you it is much thicker than the one that is compared to the Thermochill, it would be at least 2/3 as thick as the Thermochill.

I can see this sized rad being effective as a full thickness rad (like the Thermochill or a GTX). It will help make water cooling more efficient, quieter and perhaps lower temps in the right conditions.

The Thermochill rads are really nice, but everyone I've seen has been extremely expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

It should be interesting to see how the two stack up and what price the new one hits.

thermochill and feser rads are so much because you get to use low speed fans and have better performance then other rads out there. but if you have the space i would go with 2x MCR320's over 1 thermochill.

Yeah it all depends how much room you have.
