I'd imagine it wont get too positive of a public response. Even though it clearly explains the difference between its 'radioactive' process and what we commonly associate with nuclear processes, all it takes is one stupid person to puncture the battery and claim something blew up in order to start a frivolous lawsuit and a wave of unnecessary battery recalls that ultimately kill a product.
