A while ago AMD developed a piece of software geared towards gamers that allows you to "freeze" a process so that it does not use any processor power or memory. The benefits for gaming are obvious. The only problem was it worked only on AMD processors. For the longest time people thought this was because of hardware limitations; as Intel processors didn't have the physical capability of doing this. Well apparently this isn't the case. And with a little bit of haxing (http://www.tomshardware.com/news/AMD-Fusion-Game-Utility-Intel,6883.html), you too (Intel owners) can use this very cool utility.

Enjoy,

But our intel chips are much better and faster that we don't need to "freeze" things so we don't need it lol :D

I'm confused on what AMD Fusion does? Does it turn some of your processor into a graphics processor? or am I way off base here? /confused

it "freezes" some running processes temporarily, so that more processor power can be used to run the game, etc

it freeze's other processes , such as exlporer.exe, svchost.exe, system, system idle processe, etc

so rather then the cpu working on them it works just on the game pretty much. i'm not sure how much

...as long as you use that additional OCing potential 24/7, that is. :D

But my computer does that already! Although... I have to take the power out and put it back in before I can use the machine again.
