After reading more and more worklogs, I have a slight idea. I'm suggesting that the moderators puts up a new section (called "Mod Ideas") so that people (and poor buggers like me who can't afford to mod) post up mod ideas that they have had or just can't afford to build their 'dreams'. Each mod idea would have a 'mod rating' on it so someone looking at doing knows how hard it is and the skills required to do it.

No only modding ideas that are not actual projects at this point

What if your modding idea is basically a full mod exept you can't build it?
