the IT guy that comes to our hotel to work on the computers is an idiot. they just started using this service (www.opendns.com) to monitor and control our internet @ the front desk... and now every website takes days to load. it has slowed down the internet by at least 50% of what it was, if not more! (this site will probably get blocked too, now that I have gotten on it. great. ) funny thing is, this service is supposedly used to speed up the internet. great.

If you get enough employees to complain about the slow internet, management might get off their arses and tell him to fix it.

He might have set it to throttle the internet speed or something. There are a number of things that could have caused the internet to speed down.

yeah. it seriously feels like I am browsing on a dialup connection. pretty pathetic. Oh well what do you do? lol complain I guess.
