I believe I saw a thread about this site not too long ago but I couldn't find it and I wanted to share.

That's over $26 per gigabyte.

$63.60 per drive, divided by 120GB, that comes to $0.53 per GB :D

it does say its a 50-pack of drives :D

ahh I didn't even see the 50pk. Well damn... that's still way overpriced especially when you're buying in bulk.

they're laptop hard drives

laptop HDs are by nature more expensive

$0.50/gb actually sounds pretty resonable

Agreed. When I was looking to replace a compaq laptop drive I was looking at $1.50 per gig about 2 years ago.

I love how shipping is 16 bucks on a 3,xxx dollar investment.

Not when you can pick up the 320gig, 7200RPM version for 27 cents per gig (http://www.buy.com/prod/western-digital-scorpio-black-320gb-2-5-16-mb-cache-7200-rpm-notebook/q/loc/101/208270281.html).
