Holy crap, I've been on TBCS for a long time.

I'd first like to say this: 4,000th post, woot!

on to the real topic:

I just looked at my join date and it's damn near three years ago. I hadn't even realized that I've been on here that long. Crazy.

I remember:
-Before the 'new' TBCS (back when our colors were red based, not blue based)
-Before the rep system
-When some of the great mods (Liquid Evolution, The TIP-3000, HP-RES Server) were still being made.
-Recieving the tops of some hard drives from TGS's HD computer in the post. I still have them somewhere, to boot.
-Gawking over Defyant's HP-Res mods, which inspired me greatly
-When I, too, had a worklog (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2811)


Just figured I'd share a bit (in very much summation) of the last three years of TBCS.

Yes I remember the good old red and black theme, I was quite shocked when it was changed to the blue, it didn't quite appeal to me, now I'm all right with it.

I got on the scene just a while after Defyant left the scene (on TBCS anyway) but I have been around for all of tribal's awesome work and all the other fantastic mods that have come and gone in the past few years.

Although it could have been even earlier than that as I've had multiple accounts in the past. Ah... man did that go down in flames or what? lol tybrenis and OvRiDe know what I'm talking about. ;)

Man, I feel kind of old now. I came here as a teenager and I'm still here as an adult. Crazy stuff.

And I've still not created a mod! Man! I really need to get on that. A mouse covered in colorful electrical tape and hot glue (http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h237/MitaPi/000_0032.jpg) just does not cut it! (did that as a joke/boredom btw lol)

I joined back in 06-28-2006 so 2.5 years now. I havn't been posting much lately as I am busy with work and life. Also my interests have moved on from modding a bit and I am playing Warhammer 40,000. As I loved it so much as a kid and I finally have some money so I am starting up with that again. I am still an avid computer user though. I am playing Far Cry 2 on pc at the moment when I get time.

Also what happened to that Snowfire guy ;)

I actually remember the time where I joined was about then you were appointed staff, as I remember it being the first thing on the front page. :D
