This is one up for the books.
BBC News Scotland has reported that a lamb head-butted an eagle, one of our largest birds of prey. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/highlands_and_islands/7894680.stm) That's Scotland in a nutshell. We might me small, but god help anyone that messes with us! Unless you're armed with politics. We don't get politics, and that's why an English government has been making our decisions for so long.
Either way, I put to thee all a challenge. Find a news story like this; one that you think represents your country as a whole. Rules?
1) Story must be from the country you're from. Americans, Canadians, Australians: you're welcome to do this by state/province.
2) Only one news story allowed per person! Multiple stories per area are allowed, if you think you can do better than your countryman.
3) Reputable News Sources only!
Feel free to discuss, disagree, whatever you fancy. Just keep it clean lads, queensbury rules and all that. ;) Enjoy!
