That one of the most annoying sounds is the sound of a loud scrolly mouse in a quiet computer lab.

at my college and they have 10,000 year old HP mouses that go "CLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLICK" and with everyone trying to be quiet it is REALLY loud and annoying. ugh.

Haha.. yeah, that's pretty annoying! I have a cordless logitech with an adjustable mouse wheel.. you can have varying levels of clicking with the scroll wheel, or none at all. It's pretty nice actually!

You think that's bad? We had this utter **** that we called the Cyclist. This idiot would pour his opinion into the air at the slightest provocation, polluting the air with his...argh. I can't even think of the words.

I'm gonna have to agree w/ you on this one. I used to chill in the computer lab and browse forums (it was always empty so i wasn't hoggin up computers or anything) and whenever i would scroll i felt like such and ass because the mice were so loud and i would just zip through whole threads really fast. I Hate cheap mice.

@ luke- logitech mice rock. I love mine. I actually have a wireless notebook logitech mouse, I really should start bringing it to class with me so I can use it instead of these POS mice.

One of the few things more annoying than people like the Cyclist is when said person is an idiot. The stupider they are, the more annoying they are, and I've found that human stupidity is an extremely deep well to draw from.
