Should anyone need to know, I am a *huge* fan of bacon. Lots of people are. I was directed to this website by a friend earlier tonight, and believe it or not, this may be too much bacon for even me.

Here's a slightly better recipe for the bacon explosion. btw, bacon salt is kosher certified (My friend still claims it isn't).

that wouldn't be good, the inside part of the bacon wouldn't be crisp and thats nasty. now if he pan fried that bacon mat that would be wicked.
Our Bacon Flavored Lip Balm is a constant reminder of the awesome power of bacon.

I usually drop a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet, and toss it in the oven to cook bacon. Same sort of idea.. keep it out of the fat and it gets nice and crispy. :)

I've got one of these (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat602009-cat280027&id=0029210516649a&navCount=5&podId=0029210&parentId=cat280027&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=UJ&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat280027&hasJS=true). Best poppers I've ever made had ground bacon and mozzarella cheese for the filling and a slice of bacon on top. Mmm Mmm good!

Bacon is also the ultimate hangover cure. No seriously, there's science behind it too! Something about the fat absorbing the toxins or something.
Bacon absorbs the toxins because of the fat, eggs break down the toxins because of cysteine and toast absorbs the toxins because of the carbon. (Protip: Burn your toast for extra carbon)
Funny how thats generally the perfect breakfast too, which just so happens to be when you're usually feeling the worse from drinking too much the night before. Its a win win!

Btw, the had Bakon on conan o'brien. Andy drank an entire bottle. Although I think it was probably just water... lol

Another protip--if your friends are the ones with the hangover, make sure the eggs are on the runny side!
