It's pretty simple.
Threads will be titled somebody's username, such as "Eclecticos" or "DaveW". Inside the thread will be feedback about that user.
If a thread doesn't exist for a user and you would like to leave feedback, make the thread. Remember, the thread title is their username only! This makes searching for users, once this forum grows, much easier.
