The closest I've found so far is this:
http://www.megapc.com.au/product_details_and_order.php?select_part_indx=109 57 (I really only need one internal SATA port for a DVD Burner)
I also found a Ritmo SATA PCI Card (which everyone I've spoken to says not to even consider them).
Any other recommendations?

Here's one. Has pretty mixed reviews though for $13
MASSCOOL 2 SATA Ports and 1 IDE (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815280009) Port for PCIe x1 Doesn't give OS's Supported
Here's another one with better results for $15
Syba 2 SATA Ports and 1 IDE (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815124022) Port for PCI Says supported through XP though, not sure on Vista.
**update**
Found some for Vista
Says it supports 32bit and 64bit Vista
$25- 1 eSATA and 1 internal SATA- Rosewill RC-210 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815124022)
Says it supports 32bit and 64bit Vista
$25- 2 Internal SATA- Rosewill RC-201 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816132001)
Just says Vista supported
$25- 1 eSATA and 1 internal SATA- SYBA SD-SA2PEX-1E1I PCIe-x1 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816124004)
Vista Supported
$25- 1 eSATA and 1 internal SATA with 4 USB Ports- SYBA SD-VIA-1A5#1IR PCI (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816124016)
Here's the NEWEGG (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=4093&Description=sata%20card&bop=And&Order=RATING) link of the list I posted the above from. They have cheaper ones "supported" in Vista but doesn't look to be worth the few dollars you will save

I'm actually now looking at this because of several recommendations:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/4-Port-ESATA-SATA-II-PCI-E-PCI-Express-Card-SIL3132-6C_W0QQitemZ350176370332QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Comp onents?hash=item350176370332&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
AUD$26 including postage and has all the features I need. Main limitation is the 2 device limit, although that's not really a problem.

I have this controller (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816132009) that I am no longer using. If it is compatible and you want it, make an offer.
