I performed a few light surgeries to this computer. I may change a few things in the future and post some pics on here. This is set as my main PC specs.

These pictures didn't come out well (stupid phone camera). I'll take some with the D90 some time later.

Working on a few modifications to the inside. I did a lot of wire management (hiding two CCFL kits and PSU wires is a pain in the ass).

EDIT: Got some better pictures. I grabbed the closest camera (Nikon LS20) and snapped some photos.
