Okay, so this is kind of weird, but my mom has been "craving" burnt toast lately, or I guess burnt anything.

First of all, can anyone explain this?

Secondly, I've heard that burnt toast is both good and bad for you. So which is it? Both perhaps? Should she be careful about how much she eats of it? etc etc.

Personally, I find it disgusting unless I'm hung over. Nothing beats a hang over like burnt toast, bacon and eggs. Burnt toast for the carbon, which is supposed to help with toxins somehow. Bacon for the fat, which I guess absorbs toxins. And Eggs for the enzymes, which help break down toxins. And thats your daily science lesson for today. :p

just don't get hang overs... :) i don't get them after a heavy night of drinking though i do sleep all day. which really isn't any different then any other day.

main thing is to drink a glass or 2 of water before you go to bed.

but then again i drink mostly vodka.

as for the toast i have no clue.. tgs is on to something i think.

The chance of her being pregnant is pretty slim. I'm not going to go into details, but it would be extremely surprising to find out that she was. Furthermore, I've stumbled upon "protective equipment" in their room before as well, so I'm pretty sure they're safe about it these days, although I would have to guess that those certain items are probably pretty old, if you get what I mean.

I'm pretty sure my mother is just weird. lol

But I thought I would ask in case anyone has ever heard of someone liking the flavor of burnt things and could explain it. Like sometimes the body craves things that it needs or something. I was also curious to know if anyone knew anymore on foods with high carbon deposits, like burnt toast, and if its any good for you or bad for you or whatever.

As for just don't get hangovers... well... I don't purposely try to get hangovers you know. :p ;)

When you go out drinking and your having fun, things go by pretty fast and the next thing you know you've downed two trashcans, five OJ and vodkas and a multitude of drinks your friends push into your face while loudly exclaiming "here, you gotta try this!" which of course everyone just happens to go quiet at that very second so they all look over, adding peer pressure into the mix.

sigh...

why does everyone always look at me and try to get me to drink every five seconds whenever we go out somewhere?? lol

Be a man, you wuss. give the middle finger to peer pressure. Up the world. ;)

trust me my bank account had a worse hang over the last time i went out... never mix passing out drunk with strippers... $220 down the drain... and if i had brought my credit card or debit card i would be completely cleaned out.

I have heard the burnt toast can actually be somewhat good for you, if you have indigestion. The carbon absorbs the stomach acid.
