Not my project, it's my Dad's, but it's going in my house. Every Saturday we have a game night. Everyone comes over, and we play different card games. My diningroom table is a long oval, and doesn't really lend itself to games very well. My Dad saw this on the Norm Abram show, and decided to replicate it. At this point it's pretty much the finished product with the exception of another coat or two of stain and polyurethane.

Looks nice! Is the frame and lazy susan supports getting a coat of stain and urethane? As even though they are different woods I think getting them stained/coated would really bring it together. The top looks great though! Looks like the table my uncle made me for my apartment a few years ago, just darker. Love it.

Yeah, as far as I know, everything will be stained and urethaned.
