As some of you may know, my girlfriend and I just got our new kitten Haley. We have posted some pics of our pets and figured others may want a place to post pics of their pets as well. I know some of you guys have some cool pets. Post em up!

Here is a video of her I just through together in like 10 min. She hasn't quite gotten accustomed to the camera yet, so I couldn't worry about good lighting and all. Every time I moved she ran and tried to play hide and seek.
Edit: Something must have changed in the forum as it stopped allowing my embed video. Thought maybe the link went bad but it wasn't that. Hmmm. Anyway here is a link to the quick video I made of Haley playing.

Post your pet pics and vids up! I know we all would love to see them. Now all I have to do is have the camera ready when Haley goes into my computers. Shes done it 3 times already and is the most adorable thing ever!

I just caught her inside on of the pc cases and this time I got a pic! She keeps going in there. We couldn't find her in the apartment, then I heard moving around in one of the cases.

For some reason she likes it in them, and I have no clue why. This time instead of being in one of my projects she is in some old AT case I had lying around in the bed room. Gosh do I need to get rid of that thing.

Don't get rid of it, mod it into a cat bed. :p

I might have to. Mod it. Put some cushiony fur all over the inside so she doesn't get nicked on the metal. This might actually be a really cool idea. Hmmm....

We don't have a pet at the moment, but back in the Philippines this guy turned up on our doorstep. All wet and shivering.
http://www.lotechdesigns.com/host/thumbs/947sutchibox.jpg (http://www.lotechdesigns.com/host/images/947sutchibox.jpg)We took him in and looked after him, but one day he was gone. I like to think he found his way back to where he came from, but who knows?

He is cute, and has all sorts of different colors. I am glad you guys took care of him for a while, many people wouldn't. Sorry that he left, but hopefully he found his way back home!
I will have to get another video of Haley up. After a couple days here she has gone from quiet and cute to a Spider-cat maniac, with a soft side as well.
The legs of our kitchen chairs have crossmember things and she balances on them and does like gymnastics or something on them. Tumbling and flipping. She has a blast. Then on our bed she runs off the bed, catches herself with her paws and whips back onto the side, then runs sideways along the side of the bed, defying gravity :D
I will have to catch her in the act on those hehe!

I am sorry AB. They all look like wonderful pets.
The way all the pets look in everyones pictures just reiterates how great of a crowd we have here on this site.
I believe that, for the most part, pets are a very good sense of character. They seem for the most part to be able to judge someone very well. The pets in my life have been able to judge people way faster than me, and most every case they have been right in the end. So I am glad to be on a forum with such great people. ;)

The dogs enjoying a chewie on Xmas eve. From left to right: Roise, Sally and Dimples. Dimples is not actually my dog or my families but we were watching her for the day so our friends family could give her to there daughter on Xmas. Dimples is not her real name either, its just what we called her when we had her for the day.
Labs rock btw!

Elenril's lazer pic and the comments thereafter reminded me of this recently taken pic of Haley. Sometimes I think she is just going to shoot the damn things at me when I don't give her any more treats or something. Edit: I have one where she looks mean but had to post this one as she just looked adorable :)
http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/8982/haleydemonvg6.jpg
She loves investigating the camera too. We can hardly ever get a picture of her that she is just laying around or doing whatever she is doing as she always runs up to it to investigate. Closeup because of this...

The SO has this as one of the pics on her screensaver that loops and everytime this one pops up I crack up for some reason. She always knows how to make me happy.

Well the misses is a little sad, but I think she is getting over it.
Apparently we wrongly assumed Haley was a girl. Today while playing with her(him) I noticed that the apparent slit that we thought was a vagina was not, and was actually the middle section of the scrotum. We just never really looked and noticed today as they were very much testes. Along with the penis that had poked out.
So ya...Haley is not a girl but a boy kitten. Guess it is a common mistake, but we felt foolish calling him princess and such. At least Haley is both a boy and girl name, albeit less common boy name. Still adorable as heck!

I have four cats currently, my parents pets really, but meh, I love 'em like they're my own. Here are two of the four, I don't have pictures of the other ones on this pc currently. We rescued these two sisters from outside of our home one winter day.

I did have a baby green iguana, but I went away touring and traveling across the west coast one summer and when I came back, my mother apparently didn't care enough to make sure it was doing well. ..or clean out his cage very often, if at all. So it was very sick by the time I got back, then it passed away not too long after.
But man, when I cleaned that sucker out, there had to of been at least a hundred crickets hiding under rocks and whatnots, it was FREAKISH. Like some kind of awful horror movie really. I tipped that thing upside down and ran for my life, grabbed the hose, and proceeded to send those little demons back from whence they came. I guess I wasn't tapped into the holy water reservoir, because the water didn't affect them at all, they just kept hopping away in all direction. lol

He's a snapping turtle. My wife found him struggling across a parking lot. He was small enough to fit in the bottom of a stryofoam cup, so we set him up in an aquarium. We had him for about 2 years. When he got big enough to swallow a feeder fish whole before it would hit the water, we decided the he could probably take the end of one of the kids fingers off! So we set him free in my parents creek.

Aww, pets are awesome. :D As soon as I'm out of my apartment I'm gonna be getting myself a cat or two...stupid no-pets policy. :( ...though tbh it's probably for the best. A cat would probably go nuts shut up in a tiny 425sqft room all the time...
