Has anyone seen these? When the heck did lego start doing advanced robotics?? Thats awesome! Now if only they weren't so expensive...

I have the original mindstorms kit, came out several years ago, its fun!

i too have the first original kit. made tonnes of fun stuf with it:D ill try to find some of the pics!

here is one of a crane i made. ironicly this was one of the "smaller" cranes i did lol.. once made one that liftet 3.5 kilo´s and could smash an apple with its "claws" lol! 6 motors and loads of gearing.

the gear thingie you see on the first pic, does so that with 2 motors i could run 4 functions. all i had to do was to move the motor bar sideways to one of any of the 4 big wheels and use the function that one had:D
the red thing in the end of the hand is a led counterweight

I had the original kit when it came out but my youngest brother stole the parts from it for some reason or other.
