I've tested this a number of times and went to 20 sites or so then once I hit TBCS my scroll on the touchpad stops working until I restart.

I have the latest drivers and everything... wth?

uhhhh, you got me there. No clue why our forums would change the behavior of your touchpad. Did you try unpluuing the computer, putting on a grass skirt, tossing some chicken bones on it and dancing around it while speaking in tongues? That fixed my last mouse.

ya seriously. It may be a crazy coincidence since it doesn't happen every time but every time it does happen it's on TBCS haha.

That's...very unlikely?

What's the touchpad software and browser?

What kind of surface is your laptop resting on? Could be overheating if it is not getting enough airflow.

Is there any difference in the site layout? If there were custom scroll bars at one time, the touchpad software might be choking on some remnants in the code.

Can any of the admins weigh in on this?

Or most of the time is spent on TBCS, so that's when it always dies out.

Well, he said he hit a bunch of different sites with no issues, then came here and it quit. Can anyone think of a site that uses custom scroll bars? He can try that and see if it dies there.. just a thought.

To my knowledge, there is nothing unique about our scroll bars.

Do you have trouble on other VBulletin sites? Next time it happens, let me know exactly what page you're browsing. Cheers.
