What an interesting case! They make for the best mods. :)
Just to get you started, maybe think about adding a blow hole to the front of the case? Heck, you have enough room there for two blow holes if you wanted! Now that would be pretty interesting.
I would get rid of the floppy drive area, unless you need it. Easiest way to do that I think would be to just bondo it over and pretend it was never there. With three 5.25" drive bays, you could always convert one of them to a 3.5" (floppy) if you need to. (which by the looks of it, you might of already done that?)
To make even more room on the face of the case, you can remove those switches, bondo over the holes, then remount the switches up next to the 5.25" drive bays. Maybe use a vandal resistant switch (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=412&sort=20a&main_page=index&filter_id=158) for the power button instead of the original?
If you really wanted to change up the case, you could go for a look that I personally love. Take apart the entire case, take the side panels and face plate and all that and just toss 'em. Then get some plexiglass and mount them onto the case in place of everything you just took off. You could used clear, but I think it would look best with either smoked or colored/transparent plexi. I just think that look makes everything very modern and flush looking.
To build even further on that last idea, or just something you could do as your case is now, is stealthing. This is a basic example of what I mean by stealthing (http://img68.imageshack.us/img68/1854/p62908832xi.jpg). As you can see, he just used one of his drive bay covers and attached it to his cd rom drive. You can carry this idea of "stealthing" over to many things. Even to the switches, just make a little compartment with a door and hide the switches and buttons in there. That way when people see the front of your case, it looks like nothing is there! :p
Sorry for just kind of throwing ideas out there at a million miles a minute, I'm sort of in a rush. lol
But that should at least get some ideas flowing for you. :)

First off all, thanks for answering so fast.
I don't need the floppy bay, so I might blow some holes.Nice idea
The hole I made in the cd-rom bay, is for an CardReader.
You have nice ideas, I will try to get some pexiglass, it's hard to find, only 2x2,5 m. And very expensive.
Today I'm going to buy some case fans, and i might do those holes.I will keep updated.
Thanks again for clearing this out for me.
Sorry for bad English.

Check out some of Defyants work for some inspiration. That's what I like to do from time to time. His work is amazing!

Cases like this are perfect for modding! You can do anything with it, you should mod the sidepanel. Add a window or something.
