I finally found a buyer for my main system. I copied my hard drive and removed the network card. That's all I did, I swear! Now it won't even POST! I was playing games on it not 1 hour previous. The red light on the monitor won't even turn green. I've tried each video card separately in each of the four PCIe slots, I've cleared CMOS, I've unplugged everything but the RAM, I've put the stock coolers back on the cards just to be sure they were still getting power, I've tried a new DVI cable to the monitor, nothing. I'm supposed to meet this guy tomorrow to hand the rig over to him and *now* it's giving me fits!
Does anyone here have any ideas I may be missing?

well if you haven't tried the ram yet then give it a try. I know this is a given but go over everything a second time, make sure the ram and cards are seated. Check all the cables, and try another psu.

Do you have your 4-6 pin ATX 12 Connected?

I would try it agian with one stick of ram at a time.
if it wont post but spins up then it might be the cpu, try another cpu if you can
have you tryid to put the network card back in?
try change the ram as told
otherwise im blank:S

Try removing the ram, and see if you get an error beep. If so, the board is getting power and recognizes that the ram is missing. If not... mobo troubles..
I second the suggestion to double check the 4pin connector to the mobo. :) The fans and cards will power without it, but not the CPU.

Unplug power, pull out the CMOS battery.
EDIT: Oh yeah, put it all back in 10 minutes time.

does it power up it might be the cards not seted fully in the slot.. or it could be the cable on the back of the moniter or on the vidoe card is lose

if you arent gettin any beeps at all, and i know its been said already, but its probably a ram stick. had the same prob myself a couple weeks ago. one stick, fine, but as soon as that second stick went in, not even post beeps.
If the system is turning on, its not gonna be your power supply. If you arent gettin a beep, Its not your cpu. probably wouldnt be a video card, as that would, almost definitely beep as well.
Ram is the only thing i know of that will give problems and not post, or give error beeps, and make the computer "do nothing".
but, do what crenn said as well. a "hard" reset could solve the problem. Try ram in different slots, one stick at a time.

It could still be the PSU if it's turning on, but not even getting to POST. Could be that it's not completely toast. Generally fans only means the RAM or the motherboard.
If it's not doing anything *at all*, no fans, no nothing, the only non-obvious thing aside from the above that'll do that is a bad device of some kind (I have an Acer CD burner with a dead short somewhere), but you've unplugged all the drives...

Wow, thanks for all the posts, fellas, this really is one of the best sites around. I was finally able to sort it out, one of the ram slots on the board failed. All is well now. +rep to all of you!
No probs mate, the was answered before i got here, but that is what this community is for, we all help each other, this isn't a forum, its more like a family
