Starting today, I turned on my comp. and noticed there are lines going across the screen, not super noticeable but just grainy. Colors are also off a little. I just grabbed the latest display driver but that doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your monitor is crapping out on you.
That, or you are viewing it through a camera lens... Its a conspiracy! Someone has implanted a video camera in your eyes and is watching everything you do! I told you not to download illegal files so much...
Yea. I'm that bored. lol
But I do think your monitor might be dying. It sounds like it anyways. Maybe jiggle the video cord around or something, it could be loose.

sounds like interference to me...i have somewhat of the same problems at times with mine... i just wiggle the VGA cable around.. make sure its not near anything that gives off alota crap... (do take into consideration i bought a crappy VGA and worse yet matched it up with a crappy monitor lol)

I had a similar problem with my 19inch. I just changed the 'clock' and 'phase' settings.
